Can you believe there’s only a month and a half left of school before summer break? At Chapa-De, it’s one of our favorite times of the year because it’s the start of Well-Child visits season.
Hidden behind the doors of our closest friends, family, and neighbors, there could be a frightening truth. One in three women and one in four men in California have or will experience Domestic Violence during their lifetime. For those within native communities, the numbers are even higher with 48% of AIAN women and 41% of AIAN men experiencing Intimate Partner Violence (IPV).

Over 70% of the Auburn health center has been completely renovated with a design that focuses on efficiency and care team collaboration.
