How Your Donations Help

Community support is essential to advancing Chapa-De’s mission and plays a vital role in helping us meet the needs of the communities we serve throughout Northern California. With the help of generous donors, Chapa-De can purchase medical and dental equipment, offer specialty programs and services, and provide high-quality and compassionate care to all members of the community regardless of financial situation or ethnicity. Donations to Chapa-De are used to directly enhance our patient programs and services.

April Moore Memorial Scholarship

About Donating To Chapa-De

Donors also have the option of donating to the April Moore Memorial Scholarship, an annual grant that recognizes our long-time Board Chairperson April Moore. April has dedicated her life to advancing American Indian people and ensuring that our health centers offer high-quality healthcare to native and low-income community members. The scholarship is offered to American Indian students currently attending or planning to attend college or a technical, trade, or vocational school, and who are from Placer, Nevada, Sacramento, Sierra, and El Dorado Counties in California. For more information about the April Moore Memorial Scholarship, please contact Aimee Sagan at 530-889-3760.
