These virtual group exercise classes are low-impact, 60-minute workouts that you can do at your own pace. You can get a full body workout that includes cardio and stretching from the comfort of your home. Hand weights are optional – some participants use water bottles, cans of food or just body weight.
All Chapa-De patients are welcome at our free exercise classes. We do require each person to meet with a Lifestyle Coach for an assessment and discussion of any medical concerns before participating.

Healthy Habits Support Group
Mondays from 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM via Zoom
Lively discussion on a variety of topics, tips from peers on what works for them, and recipe sharing. This group does not discuss weight loss. Instead, we will talk about establishing lasting ha bits that may lead to weight loss.
This is a virtual class that you can attend on Zoom from the comfort of your home or preferred location.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Group
We offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorders at both Chapa-De locations. We have a team of specially trained doctors, addiction nurses and behavioral health specialists dedicated to supporting our patients in their recovery from addiction to opioid pain medications and/or heroin.
The MAT program offers a comprehensive three-phased approach, which includes:
- Medication to suppress cravings and alleviate the symptoms of withdrawal (we use buprenorphine/naloxone, also known as suboxone)
- Behavioral Health Assessment and Care
- Nurse Case Management & Weekly Stabilization Group Visits
