Chapa-De is Dedicated to You
Chapa-De Indian Health Auburn Grass Valley | Medical Clinic
Chapa-De was founded in 1974 after a study showed American Indians in California suffered from a higher incidence of diabetes, depression, and substance abuse. From the very beginning, our focus has been on you, the patient. National Patient Recognition Day is an opportunity for us to say thank you. Thank you for trusting our team with your health needs and the health needs of your family. It is because of you that we take pride in coming to work every day and continue to strive to improve our programs and enhance our services.
