AAAHC Accreditation
Chapa-De Indian Health Auburn Grass Valley | Medical Clinic
Chapa-De Indian Health is excited to announce our recent AAAHC re-accreditation for healthcare services! The AAAHC is the leader in ambulatory health care accreditation. In order to receive accreditation, health care centers must meet nationally recognized standards for providing quality service.
Our mission at Chapa-De Indian Health is to advance the health and well-being of our patients. We are committed to providing convenient access to high-quality, compassionate care. This accreditation helps to show that Chapa-De is dedicated to our mission and values and sets us apart from many other healthcare facilities!
Chapa-De has had the AAAHC Primary Care accreditation for over 15 years. Our health centers in Auburn and Grass Valley continuously work hard to accomplish this. We are also recognized as a Patient Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
About AAAHC
The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) was founded over 40 years ago.
Accreditation is earned based on a voluntary survey process conducted by AAAHC expert surveyors, including physicians, nurses, and other administrators. Their process evaluates and measures quality and safety throughout an organization based on a set of nationally recognized standards.
