August 3rd is National Watermelon Day and what better time of year to celebrate than right before school starts and everyone is enjoying the final days of summer.
Watermelons are a great low-cost healthy treat that can feed a table of people. At most grocery stores a watermelon costs between $3-$6, depending on size. And watermelons are packed with nutritional value.
What makes a watermelon healthy?
