April Moore served on the Board of Directors of Chapa-De Indian Health for 26 years.
COVID-19 Vaccine

Last month the FDA authorized the first COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccine administration has already started in some parts of the country. Chapa-De will receive and will provide COVID-19 vaccines to our patients in order of priority based on various factors. Chapa-De will keep patients updated on COVID-19 vaccine information throughout the new year.
