Post-Holiday Weight Loss

A lot of people use the new year as a time to set new goals. Weight loss is a common goal. However, many diets and programs encourage behaviors that are not healthy. People who lose weight gradually are more successful at keeping weight off.

We encourage everyone to focus on sustainable efforts. The best way to maintain weight loss is through lasting lifestyle changes. Improving daily eating and exercise habits can make a big impact on overall health and wellness.
