Chapa-De Telehealth Services
Chapa-De Indian Health Auburn Grass Valley | Medical Clinic
This month we are proud to highlight Chapa-De’s Telehealth services. Our Telehealth program allows you to receive top quality care from many types of Specialists without traveling to another office or town.
What does telehealth mean?
Telehealth is when health care is provided to patients remotely, or from a distance, through technology. This means that as a patient, you can talk to your doctor through a phone or computer, from a location that is convenient to you.
We know how hard and costly it can be to travel long distances for appointments when you live far away from the doctor you need to see. That is why we want to make sure you get the care you need when you need it. Our Telehealth program allows us to make this happen.
How it works
Our Telehealth program uses secure video and messaging programs that make some Specialists available to you at one of our Chapa-De clinics. This means that you can talk to a doctor located in another city or state from our Auburn or Grass Valley clinic. We are able to offer you a wide range of specialty care services through a live two-way video feed.
Services available
The list of services available to you through our Telehealth program includes:
- Behavioral Health Therapy
- Cardiology
- Infectious Disease
- Nephrology

Benefits
The benefits of using the Telehealth program include:
