Reaching out to the future
By partnering with UC Davis School of Medicine we are able to meet with future doctors and students entering the world of medicine. UC Davis has a strong reputation for producing some of the country’s best new doctors. Of note, the school was recently ranked by US NEWS in the top-50 best grad schools for primary care. The UCD Annual Education Conference gives us the opportunity to tell these future doctors all of the great things about Chapa-De.
Chapa-De’s very own Dr. Bill Jornlin, and Medical Administrator Nick Taylor, represented our health facilities at the Education Conference. The conference was held on Saturday, February 25.
At these events, the Chapa-De team talks to students about the wide variety of services we provide to our patients. Additionally, the team explains Chapa-De’s commitment to making excellent health care available to all. Chapa-De accepts insurance options such as Medi-Cal and Medicare, as well as offering sliding scale payment options and working with local programs.
