We are thrilled to announce the winners of our 50th Anniversary Art Contest! For this contest, we invited the members of our community to help us celebrate 50 years as an organization by submitting an original art piece that represented Chapa-De. The creativity and talent were simply amazing, making it hard for our judges to choose.

Cardiology Services Now Available at Chapa-De!

At Chapa-De, it’s our mission to provide convenient access to high-quality healthcare.  That is why we are proud to partner with Heart and Vascular Centers of America to now offer cardiology services to all our patients from our Grass Valley health center! 

In the past, Chapa-De patients needing cardiology services would need to be referred outside of Chapa-De.
