This diabetes support group is for American Indians and Alaskan Natives living with diabetes and the people who support them. We provide care in a culturally sensitive manner and we focus on diabetes self-management in a fun, interactive, supportive atmosphere.

To protect the health and safety of our patients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, this support group is being offered virtually through a conference call.
