Diabetes Prevention Classes Starting February 2024

• Nutrition counseling to lose weight in a healthy way
• Exercise counseling modified to your needs and level
• Help with dealing with stress
• Group discussions to help you learn from others
• Two Lifestyle Coaches to support you though the program
• 10 weekly classes and 6 bi-weekly sessions followed by monthly classes

Daytime or evening options to fit your schedule!

and Thursday, February 1st 5:30-6:30pm
