Keep Your Medi-Cal!

Chapa-De Indian Health Auburn Grass Valley | Medical Clinic

Are you enrolled in Medi-Cal? It is important that you keep your contact information up to date with your Medi-Cal Eligibility Worker so you do not miss important communications. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Medi-Cal eligibility was expanded to allow more people access and to help keep their Medi-Cal benefits. However, Medi-Cal will soon be reviewing the eligibility of enrollees and you do not want to miss important information about your Medi-Cal health coverage.

To avoid coverage problems, notify your Medi-Cal Eligibility Worker if any of these changed in the last two years:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Household Information (new pregnancies, children, jobs, or income)

Give your local county office your updated contact information so you can stay enrolled. Click HERE to find your local county office and update your information now!
