What a year! As we continue to celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2024, we look back at 2023 to reflect on our accomplishments as an organization. Report Highlights
Top 10% of Care
When it comes to our patients, we work hard to go above and beyond the national standard level of care. We are proud to share that we were ranked in the top 10% of all providers for Diabetes Management – A1C Control and Asthma Treatment. That is a higher ranking than 90% of other providers nationwide!
Dental Visits
We saw 16,369 patients between our Auburn and Grass Valley health centers. Those patients had an astounding 36,887 dental visits, a nearly 14% increase from 2022! Dental services were the #1 sought-after service at both health centers in 2023 and we look forward to continuing to expand our dental department to accommodate our communities’ needs.
Classes & Groups
At Chapa-De, we know that whole-person care extends further than the exam room. That’s why our patients had access to 2,081 classes and groups in 2023 alone! These included Red Road to Recovery, Diabetes Prevention Programs, COPD & Asthma groups, and more!
