At Chapa-De, it’s our mission to provide convenient access to high-quality healthcare. That is why we are proud to partner with Heart and Vascular Centers of America to now offer cardiology services to all our patients from our Grass Valley health center!
In the past, Chapa-De patients needing cardiology services would need to be referred outside of Chapa-De. This would cause a delay in care while patients waited for appointments and approvals before being seen by a cardiologist. Now the Chapa-De team can make an appointment for you to see a cardiology specialist with a referral from your PCP.
Heart and Vascular Centers of America will be at Chapa-De Grass Valley every month to provide cardiology consultations. While some patients may still need to travel to get additional tests or procedures, we hope that having a cardiologist available at Chapa-De will allow you to get an initial consultation more quickly so you can get started on your heart health journey.
