Community Health Day Is Coming To You!
Chapa-De Indian Health, and co-sponsor California Health and Wellness, is excited to host Community Health Day, which is open to the entire community in Auburn and Grass Valley (and of course all our surrounding communities).
These events feature FREE health screenings, fun activities and giveaways for all attendees.
Free Services for Children and Adults Include:
- Dental Screenings & Fluoride Varnish Treatments
- Diabetes Risk Assessments & Blood Sugar (A1C) Screening
- Tips for Healthy Living
- Cholesterol and Blood Pressure Screenings
- Vision & Hearings Screenings
The Auburn Health Center will host Community Health Day on
Saturday, May 6
11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Local organizations serving the Auburn Community will also be present to host a table/booth. These organizations will provide fun activities and share valuable information about their local resources and programs available to children, adults and seniors living in the area.
