Chapa-De Indian Health is excited to announce a new patient newsletter for our American Indian and Native Alaskan patients and their families. This free newsletter will be available every quarter and will include content from across Chapa-De’s departments. The newsletter will share cultural stories, traditions, and some health-related topics.
What is in the Patient Newsletter?
The Patient Newsletter will discuss a variety of topics each quarter. Some topics and things you might find in each edition include:

- Chapa-De Program or Class spotlights
- Clinic and Community announcements and news
- Health tips and tricks
Where to Read to Patient Newsletter
The patient newsletter will be offered in multiple ways to increase access and ease of reading. American Indian and Native Alaskan patients with a current email on file will receive the newsletter digitally. Patients who do not have an email address listed will receive the newsletter in the mail. The newsletter will also be available on Chapa-De’s Facebook page and website.
How to Sign Up
If you don’t have a current email address listed on file with us, call the call center or speak with a Patient Services Representative at your next visit. Ask them to update your email address to ensure you receive the newsletter when it is published each quarter!
