What is Holistic Care?
Holistic care looks at the whole person. It connects a patient’s physical health, dental health, mental health, and more. Holistic whole-person care is the gold standard for quality. Our providers and staff work together across departments to ensure all of your health needs are met.
In addition to traditional medicine, we offer many programs, including:
- A Diabetes program to help you maintain or prevent Type 2 Diabetes through diet and exercise tips and support
- Medication-Assisted Treatment and Substance Use Disorder Programs for those who may be struggling with substance abuse
- Optometry

What if it’s Not Covered by Medicare?
Unfortunately, Medicare doesn’t cover everything, so we offer a sliding fee scale program to offset additional costs. Many of our senior patients use the sliding fee scale program to ensure their dental needs are taken care of in an affordable way. A sliding fee scale program provides discounts on any out-of-pocket fees. Discounts are based on income and household size.
