About Me: I am a Nurse Practitioner at Chapa-De Indian Health in Grass Valley. All of my training and core values focus on helping others. My goal is to help those with decreased access to care, in order to increase outcomes and reduce healthcare disparities. I believe the best way to help patients is to encourage them to help themselves. My patients are encouraged to take control of the care they receive. I offer patient education along with shared decision making for truly patient-centered care. I graduated from University of Southern California. I am board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my labradoodle, Millie. I also enjoy hiking and being outdoors.
