Starting at 36 weeks, or sooner for higher risk pregnancies, you will have your weekly check-ups with an obstetrician from Camelia Women’s Health. These visits will still take place at Chapa-De. They are a great way for you to get to know the team who will deliver your baby. Learn more about Camelias Wome’s Health here.

Chapa-De is a judgment-free zone!

We want you to feel comfortable, welcome and cared for. We serve patients from all backgrounds, who can be going through all types of personal situations. We provide every patient with the same exceptional care before, during, and after pregnancy.

How often should I expect to see my provider when I am pregnant?

We usually see patients monthly until week 28 of pregnancy. Then visits are every 2 weeks from 28-36 weeks of pregnancy. After 36 weeks of pregnancy, you will be seen each week until the baby is delivered. Visits may be more often if there is something we want to monitor, such as gestational diabetes or blood pressure changes.
