The American Academy of Pediatrics has issued a Periodicity Schedule to inform you of the most important Well Child Checks to schedule for your child from infancy to adolescence. Although every family and child’s needs are different, we encourage you to review the list and contact us at either our Auburn Health Clinic (530-887-2810) or Grass Valley Health Clinic (530-477-1727) to make an appointment. We will ensure your child receives the most compassionate care available, and our dedicated team of physicians will be available to answer your questions and offer helpful next steps to maintain the health of your children and family.
DID YOU KNOW?? All low-income children under 19 years of age now qualify for Medi-Cal regardless of their immigration status. We welcome these children and their families to Chapa-De!
Chapa-De’s Auburn and Grass Valley Health Clinics welcome Medicare and Medi-Cal patients. We also accept patients who do not have insurance and offer discounts based on income and family size.
