If you are injured, become ill or have health concerns or questions when our community health centers are closed (between 5 p.m. – 8 a.m. on weekdays or on weekends and holidays) you can still call us for help.

We offer free after hours medical advice through a telephone nurse advice line called FoneMed. If you call us, our answering service will have a highly experienced and caring Registered Nurse return your call. Most calls are returned within 12 minutes. A nurse will talk you through your symptoms and concerns to help you determine if you can manage your care at home or if a visit to a healthcare provider as needed. They will also provide detailed notes to your Primary Care Provider.

Dental advice is also available when our health centers are closed. If you call our answering service they can forward your question to one of our staff dentists, who will call you back with advice.
