About Me: I am a registered dental hygienist at Chapa-De Indian Health in Auburn and Grass Valley. My approach to care uses a show-tell-do method. I focus on using gentle but thorough care that helps people to help themselves. I try to understand each patients’ specific needs. As a hygienist at a tribal/community healthcare clinic, I appreciate the opportunity to help the community. I enjoy working with the staff and patients at Chapa-De.
I graduated from Cabrillo College, and have been working in the dental field for over 26 years. I have over 16 years of experience as a hygienist. My personal interests include gardening, spending time with my family, scuba diving, and reading.
